These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Perseverance to Fitness platform, including the website, web application, and all related features (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Perseverance to Fitness ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Perseverance to Fitness is a personalised health and fitness platform that provides:
The programme is built on the principles of intermittent fasting, strategic nutrition, and daily movement — designed specifically for busy individuals seeking sustainable fat loss without extreme diets or gym memberships.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
The Service is intended for healthy adults looking to improve their fitness and body composition. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid exercise or dietary changes, please consult your physician before using the Service.
Account creation is done exclusively through Google Sign-In. By signing in, you authorise us to access your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account for the purposes of creating and managing your account. We do not access your Google password or any other Google services beyond what you explicitly authorise.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Each email address may only be associated with one Perseverance to Fitness account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
The Service offers an optional integration with Google Fit. If you choose to connect Google Fit, you grant us read-only access to your daily step count and active minutes via the Google Fit API. This data is used solely to display your movement progress on your dashboard and is not shared with third parties.
We do not write to, modify, or delete any data in your Google Fit account. You can disconnect Google Fit at any time from the Activity tab in your dashboard, which will revoke our access to your Fit data immediately. Disconnecting Google Fit does not affect your main account or programme access.
Access to the full Perseverance to Fitness programme requires a one-time payment of ₹299 (Indian Rupees), which grants you 90 days of access from the date of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and policies.
Upon successful payment verification by our server, your account will be upgraded to full access. If payment is successful but access is not granted, please contact us within 48 hours.
Given the digital and personalised nature of the programme, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted and your personalised programme has been generated.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service after payment, please contact us at support@perseverancetofitness.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
The content provided through the Service — including fitness protocols, nutrition guidance, fasting schedules, and habit recommendations — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results vary based on individual factors including metabolism, adherence, lifestyle, and starting condition. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or fitness outcomes.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, exercise, or intermittent fasting programme — particularly if you have any medical condition or are taking medication.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.
All content on the platform — including programme structures, text, graphics, UI design, and software — is the exclusive property of Perseverance to Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your personalised programme is generated for your individual use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of it without our prior written consent.
We collect your name, email address, assessment responses, and usage data to personalise and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure. Push notification tokens are stored solely to deliver reminders you opt in to, and can be revoked at any time from the Reminders tab in your dashboard.
Inactive account deletion: Accounts with no recorded activity for 90 consecutive days may be permanently deleted without prior notice. This includes your profile, assessment data, progress history, and any connected integrations. To retain your data, log in to the Service at least once every 90 days.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described above and in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perseverance to Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or failure to achieve fitness goals.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access (₹299).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
